I'd survived fine enough for years, ever since a fourteen year old me decided that the Autons were safe to watch...eventually. And nothing in the new series has ever come close to that.
Until yesterday morning when I woke up and went onto the main Doctor Who page at http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho to see the latest wee front page for the new episode, Blink.
And what does my still sleepy mind get? A freakin' stone angel diving through the screen at me! Bloody terrifying! My fiancee has been laughing at me ever since, and hiding around the house pretending to be a Weeping Angel to unnerve me.
And the episode hasn't EVEN been shown yet!
Damn you Steven Moffat, for your evil cunning in this respect, and my overtly paranoid day!
Oh and incidentally, thanks as well. If nothing else, my writers block is now well and truely gone.
